OUR LEGACY
Founders – Gary and Don Peck
Brothers Gary and Don Peck built PFGW from an early, mutual interest in building and architecture. Gary’s interest increased while working summers with G. Anthony Johnston & Associates, Don became interested in architecture when Gary would bring models home from his classes at the University of Illinois. They both went on to work for G. Anthony Johnston & Associates but always wanted to start a firm in their home town of Paducah. Gary and Don started the Peck Associates partnership in 1964 in a back office of the Peck Brothers Produce building on South Second Street. In 1966 Curt Flannery joined the firm. Peck Associates later merged with G. Anthony Johnston & Associates in 1969 and moved to the 8th floor of the Citizens Bank Building. With the addition of Larry Gream and Nick Warren in 1975, a second office was opened in Elizabethtown.
1981
Peck Associates became PECK FLANNERY GREAM WARREN to reflect the contributions of Curt Flannery, Larry Gream, and Nick Warren.
Don decided to invest in downtown Paducah that same year, purchasing our current location on the southwest corner of Fourth and Broadway. The firm is proud to have been instrumental in numerous downtown building and revitalization projects. We remain woven into the fabric of this region and will continue to remain invested and involved.
In the years since, we have added many fresh, talented professionals to give us the ability to thrive and provide excellent services to our community.
OUR FUTURE
