This two story 25,640 square-feet office facility houses the corporate headquarters for the Paducah & Louisville Regional Railroad, making a bold statement to Paducah’s downtown business district.  

This corporate office includes a grand foyer and receiving area with corporate office suites, administrative offices, conference and board room, client waiting areas, kitchen, and lounge/break rooms. This project also included exterior site work to include paved parking and landscaping.
