City Hall Exterior Renovation

City of Paducah | Paducah, KY

In July 2017, Paducah’s City Hall was named to the National Park Service’s National Register of Historic Places. Designed by world-renown architect Edward Durrell Stone and built in 1965, it was recognized by Preservation Kentucky and awarded the 2019 David L. Morgan Excellence Award.

PFGW Architects addressed numerous issues with the building’s exterior in an effort to stabilize, repair and replace key building components. Limited interior work was completed, primarily in the atrium. The City of Paducah maintained full operations throughout the project.

Building components include:

  • Canopy Stabilization
  • Roof Upgrades
  • Exterior Cleaning/Repair/Sealing/Paint
  • Concrete Paving/Stairs/Ramps/Railing
  • New Windows/Doors/Skylights
